Fees reflect the clinic schedule provided. Pre-employment certification ranges from $60 to $200 depending on whether a full physical assessment is required. The final fee, eligibility, vaccine product and availability will be confirmed by the clinic before service.

    Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

    A $50 fee may apply to no-shows and same-day cancellations.

    Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
