Cancellation Policy

Halsey Medical Clinic allows patients to book appointments online or by phone, and a valid OHIP card is required at every visit. Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and a $50 no-show or same-day cancellation fee will apply. Patients with repeated no-shows may have booking privileges limited. If an appointment time is full, patients may join our waitlist and will be notified when a spot becomes available. Walk-ins are always welcome and will be seen based on doctor availability.
